Sales, Delivery, and Returns

We ship orders worldwide Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We estimate that your order will ship from our warehouses in the Netherlands (EU), Hong Kong, or the US within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. We’ll send tracking when it’s on the way!

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Klarna.

Orders shipping to the EU or US are estimated to arrive 3-7 business days of your order being processed. For all other destinations, your order should arrive within 15 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.  If you do not see emails from us, please double-check your spam folder in your inbox as the email may have ended up there.

If your shipping destination is outside European Union, Hong Kong region, or the United States, customs, duty, and tax charges may apply.

Duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; however, it is very common that order recipients pay additional costs for customs charges when shipping is outside of the EU, Hong Kong, or the US. You may contact your local customs office for more information.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Tracking information emails are automatically sent when your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam folder, as the email may have ended up there. If you still cannot find the tracking information email, please contact us and we will sort it out for you!

Any exceptional lead times, such as pre-orders, will be informed before ordering.

We’re sorry your delivery was unsuccessful. All couriers have their own rules about failed delivery attempts, so we recommend the following:

  1. Check your mailbox and/or email for delivery attempt notifications.
  2. Contact the courier to arrange a rescheduled delivery.
  3. If you cannot contact the courier, please contact us here with your order number and tracking number, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

If your order shows as “delivered”, but you have not received it, please contact us, mentioning your order number and we will forward the case to our logistics partners.

In case you haven’t received any update from us regarding your order for more than 3 working days, please feel free to contact us, including your order number, and we will make sure to sort out the situation ASAP.

You cannot purchase directly from our web-store using your VAT number. However, you will receive a link to download your VAT invoice with your order confirmation email, that you can later use to reclaim the tax value from your local tax authorities.

To receive an invoice with your VAT number, please contact us with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Company Name, address, and phone number
  3. VAT number

Please make sure that your order is placed using your registered company details.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns won’t be issued after 14 days.

To be eligible for a return your item must:

  1. Be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including original packaging.
  2. Item must have been purchased from Loupedeck.com

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, or else we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

You can request a return of your product by completing the form here.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will receive a notification once your return is received and inspected, as well as a notification approving or rejecting your refund.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or the original payment method within 7 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days of notification, please follow the directions below:

  1. Double-check your account
  2. Contact credit card provider and/or bank
