We want to inform you of an important change regarding our product support. Moving forward, Razer devices will no longer be supported in upcoming Loupedeck releases.

The upcoming Loupedeck 6.4 release will no longer include support for:

• Razer Stream Controller
• Razer Stream Controller X

We understand this may be disappointing news for those who have been using these devices with our software, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you currently use a Razer device with the Loupedeck application, you have two options to continue your workflow:

Option 1: Use Loupedeck v 6.3 or previous

You can continue using your Razer devices with Loupedeck version 6.3 or previous, which will remain the last version to support these products.

Option 2: Use v 5.9.1 for Razer Plugin Support

If you wish to continue using Razer-specific plugins with your device, we recommend using version 5.9.1.

Please note that due to the shared core service software, Loupedeck application is unfortunately incompatible with Logitech Options+. To work around this limitation, turn off the automatic Options+ updates from the Options+ settings or remove this software from your computer altogether. More information can be found in this article.
