Update on our May announcement<\/b><\/h3>\n

In our\u00a0May announcement<\/a>, we said the upcoming Loupedeck 6.4 release would drop support for the Razer Stream Controller and Razer Stream Controller X. Following customer feedback, we\u2019ve reversed that decision. Loupedeck has never shipped without Razer device support, and it will continue to be supported going forward.<\/p>\n

    Why Razer devices went undetected for Logi Options+ users<\/b><\/h4>\n

    Loupedeck and Logi Options+ share a background component called Logi Plugin Service (LPS). Logi Options+ versions 2.4 to 2.6 included a version of LPS without Razer device support. If you had one of these Options+ versions installed alongside Loupedeck, your Razer device stopped working in Loupedeck too. Logi Options+ 2.7 includes an updated LPS that matches Loupedeck 6.4.1, so this no longer happens.<\/p>\n

    What to do if your Razer device isn\u2019t detected<\/b><\/h4>\n

    Update Loupedeck to version 6.4.1 or later. This is sufficient to restore support, even if you also use Logi Options+. You can download the latest version of Loupedeck from the Loupedeck software download page.<\/p>\n

    We appreciate the feedback we received on our May announcement. It played an important role in this decision.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
